Our acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the products to you, at which point a contract of sale is formed between you and Spinvix. We reserve the right to cancel orders even after an order confirmation has been sent if any of the circumstances described above apply.

If your order is rejected or cancelled after payment has been processed, Spinvix will refund the full order amount to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Spinvix website are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise expressly stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current pricing at the time you place your order will apply, subject to our order acceptance as described in Section 3.

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address and the tax rates in effect at the time of purchase. The total amount charged to your payment method will include the subtotal for products, any applicable taxes, and any applicable shipping charges (though domestic shipping is currently free as described below).

In the event of a pricing error, whether caused by technical issues, human error, supplier error, or any other reason, Spinvix reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been issued. If this occurs, we will notify you and offer you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Product prices, inventory availability, promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and product selections are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice. Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Spinvix reserves the right to modify, discontinue, limit quantities, or update products and pricing at any time in our sole discretion.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time you place your order. Spinvix accepts payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options offered through our authorized third-party payment processors. All payment transactions are processed securely through trusted and compliant payment service providers.

By submitting payment information and completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method
  • All payment, billing, and account information you provide is complete, accurate, and current
  • You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete

If your payment method is declined, if a payment is reversed or charged back, or if we do not receive full payment for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order and to suspend or terminate your access to the website. You remain responsible for any amounts owed, and we may pursue collection of such amounts, including reasonable collection costs and legal fees.

Spinvix is not responsible for any fees, charges, or costs imposed by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment service provider, including but not limited to overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, foreign transaction fees, or currency conversion charges.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed through Spinvix are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment verification. Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically 3 to 5 business days after shipment. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping costs or fees for domestic delivery. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, holidays, supply chain interruptions, customs delays (if applicable), public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the direct control of Spinvix. Spinvix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events of force majeure.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Spinvix is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or non-deliveries resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for reshipping costs or subject to a restocking fee, and the original order may be cancelled with a partial refund issued after deduction of applicable costs.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. 7. Returns and Refunds

Spinvix offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Returns Policy. Please note that there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for online purchases under U.S. federal law; our return policy is a voluntary, merchant-provided policy.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging with all tags and labels attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility for health, safety, hygiene, or other reasons as specified in our Returns Policy. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned products, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
